1. What You Can Do on Travelism

Depending on the features available in your app version, Travelism may allow you to:

• Create and manage a personal profile
• Create and manage authorized business profiles
• Share travel posts, photographs, videos, captions, and Moments
• Discover people, places, businesses, and travel content
• Follow profiles and interact through likes, comments, reactions, saves, and shares
• Send direct, business, group, or trip-related messages
• Make voice and video calls to other users
• Create trips and add destinations, dates, activities, and notes
• Build itineraries and packing lists
• Sync a trip's itinerary to your device calendar
• Invite people to collaborate on trips
• Order products or book services from businesses through the marketplace
• Report inappropriate content, accounts, or conduct
• Block profiles and manage privacy or safety preferences
• Lock the app with a device biometric or passcode
• Apply for personal or business verification where available
• Switch to a professional account and apply for professional verification
• Run a business storefront with a team, and sell products or services
• Subscribe to optional paid personal or business plans
• Record and split trip expenses with collaborators
• Discover and share hidden gems and trails
• Send Emergency SOS alerts to trip collaborators and nearby users who have opted in
• Earn referral rewards and climb activity rankings

Travelism is intended to support a respectful, safe, and useful travel community.

Users are expected to:

• Treat other people respectfully
• Share content honestly
• Respect privacy and intellectual-property rights
• Avoid spam, harassment, impersonation, fraud, and harmful conduct
• Use reporting and blocking tools responsibly
• Follow the Travelism Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

Travelism may review reports and take appropriate action when content or conduct violates its rules.

4. Personal and Business Profiles

Travelism supports both personal and business participation.

Personal profiles allow individuals to share travel experiences, connect with other users, create trips, and use social features.

Business profiles allow authorized representatives to present travel-related businesses, services, locations, and storefronts. To sell through the marketplace, a business must complete the Business Verification Center and sign Travelism's Business Partner Agreement.

A business or verification badge does not guarantee quality, safety, legality, availability, pricing, or performance. Users should independently assess businesses, providers, destinations, and external services.

Professional accounts are personal profiles for people such as guides, photographers, and drivers, who can show a professional category and apply for professional verification.

5. Travel Information

Travel information shared on Travelism may be created by users, businesses, or other contributors.

Travelism does not guarantee that user-provided information is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for every traveller.

Before making travel decisions, users should independently confirm matters such as:

• Passport and visa requirements
• Entry restrictions
• Health requirements
• Local laws
• Travel advisories
• Weather conditions
• Transport information
• Accommodation details
• Prices and availability
• Insurance requirements
• Accessibility and safety conditions

Travelism is not a government authority, emergency service, travel insurer, medical provider, legal adviser, or official travel-advisory service.

6. Current Development Stage

Travelism is an evolving platform.

Features, designs, availability, and technical requirements may change as the service is tested, improved, and expanded.

Travelism includes a marketplace where verified businesses can list products and bookable services, and users can place orders or bookings paid for with cash on delivery.

Travelism offers optional paid subscriptions for personal and business accounts, sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Depending on the tier, a subscription includes a verified checkmark and additional features such as extended analytics, featured marketplace placement, or promoted posts.

Businesses pay Travelism a commission on marketplace orders and service bookings completed through the app. The commission rate depends on the business's subscription tier and is deducted from the business's payout -- it is not charged to the user placing the order or booking.

The current release does not yet provide active:

• Card or online payment processing for marketplace orders and bookings (cash on delivery remains the only available payment method)
• Other paid Travelism services beyond subscriptions and marketplace commissions

These features may be introduced in a future version with appropriate terms, disclosures, payment information, and user controls.

7. Privacy and Safety

Travelism uses account, profile, social, communication, trip, device, and technical information to provide its features.

Sensitive verification information is intended to be handled separately from ordinary public profile content.

Users should avoid publishing private identity documents, passwords, verification codes, financial information, private addresses, or other sensitive information through public posts, profiles, comments, or ordinary chats.
